Allow local jurisdictions to set lower speed limits on unpaved roads

  1. Public Works supports this bill. In our approximation, the intent is to give local jurisdictions an additional tool for dust control on gravel roads.

    Missoula County supports HB 61, allow local jurisdictions to set lower speed limits on unpaved roads. HB 61 provides additional local ability to control speed on gravel roads for public safety and dust control.
