This is the committee bill to reform the medical marijuana act. For the County, it provides authority to regulate the number and location or medical marijuana businesses. It also provides that a person may not be a cardholder if the person is under the supervision of the Department of Corrections. Missoula County recommends that this provision be clarified that persons under supervision of a corrections program (not just department of corrections) should be unable to be a cardholder.
