Allows for the privatization of the community corrections functions of the Department of Corrections. This would allow DOC to move this function away from the MASC portion of the Missoula County Detention Faciltiy and change to to a regional prison. Missoula County's facility is set up for community corrections, and it would increase both capital and operations costs to make this change.
