Revise definition of guest ranch

OPPOSE. This bill allows guest ranches, exempt from licensing due to their small size, to serve food to any number of people – just like a restaurant or caterer. There would be no public health protections for large groups such as weddings, day campers, tourist groups, even a large standing restaurant setting for anybody who came by to eat. In addition to public health hazards, it is unfair to those food service establishments that are required to license and be inspected.
