Missoula County opposes House Bill 332 - restore the right of a fully informed jury, before the House Judiciary Committee this afternoon. Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg believes this bill is a violation of the separation of powers doctrine in Article III, Section 1 of the Montana Constitution. Please oppose HB 332.
