This bill would be near impossible to meet - precincts cannot be the same size sometimes because of House District and other district boundaries - example in the Congdon area - HD 15 has 48 registered voters and HD 92 has approx. 350. We cannot make these 2 precincts be the same in size because the rest of HD 15 is in Lake County.
