The Clerk's Association will be testifying as an informational witness to point out the lack of clarity as to how these records are to be handled with respect to public accessibility. The language on page 8, lines 14-26 detailing that local and state law enforcement may have access could be interpreted to mean that all others are denied access. It's not clear so we're going to ask for clarity.
