Missoula County supports House Bill 439 - general obligation bonds for state government, before the House Appropriations Committee this afternoon. Specifically, we support funding for a new facility for the University of Montana's College of Technology. The COT is in dire need of adequate space. With the shuttering of long-term large businesses in the Missoula area, the COT provides much needed training and skill building to assist displaced workers and provide them options in the way they provide for themselves and their families. Please support HB 439. Respectfully, Dale Bickell on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners
