Missoula County urges the House to suspend the rules to allow for a late transmittal of House Bill 555. Missoula County currently has to pay medical bills that have already been paid, or will be paid, by auto medical payments or other sources. We are unable to collect back the payments we've made even when the injured party collects 100% of their medical bills from a second source. Please allow a late transmittal of HB 555.
