Upon further investigation into sb 367 concerning nitrates compliance, we find out that according to George Matheius of DEQ, DEQ has "been waist deep in helping draft this bill for the past several weeks". We find that it is not terrible, and we can live with it. Considering the number of real big problem bills, I recommend that we do not use our resources to work on this one.
