I don't have any problem with the language contained in the bill. School District investments that exceed the normal five year limit appear to be confined to just two specific areas, one of which is new. That one is to purchase a zero coupon US govt. as a sinking fund investment for a balloon payment on a qualified construction bonds. That is a pretty specific need, I can't imagine many of those transactions happening and if they do it won't affect us. Andrew
