Missoula County supports House Bill 618 - Exempt certain tribally owned property from taxation, before House Taxation tomorrow morning. HB 618 provides for equality for tribal governments similar to city, county, and state governments that already benefit from tax exemption for essential government services. HB 618 puts tribal governments on par with other units of local government and corrects an omission in the MCA. Please support HB 618.
