Missoula County opposes House Bill 546 - Revise laws to prohibit local government competition with private sector, before the House Local Government Committee tomorrow afternoon. HB 546 could preclude Missoula County from providing essential public services including health care services to citizens at Partnership Health Center, public works services, and public safety, law enforcement and detention services by our Sheriff's department.
